trouble with x play

so I downloaded all like 4000 songs to my ipod when i got it something happend last night and they all got deleated so I put them all back on and they play but the voice doesn't read eme songs or artist or anything just the main ipod menue please help

ok so my boyfriend told me that on the ipod it shows all my songs and things but for some reason the voice is reading anything but the ipod menue with the music, and vidio things like that but when i open it the voice doesn't work

You need to resink the voice with the Ipod with Itunes. If you have use spoken minues checked you can open Itunes and it will automatically sink the voice with it.

ok so I reformatted my ipod with xplay and now it says there is 2 ipods with the same name to pick from and nothing on the ipod. I'm so annoyed I'm really beginning to hate x play no phone customer support really sucks
